I have corrected a mistake in installation instruction, asking for changes in create_account.php, when inserting the dropdown for membership selection, it used the sort order instead of membership ID, which has eaten up by 4 hours.

Another fix, I have updated the paypal_ipn.php to add the membership fees in handling charges (sorry no other way I can see).
