Norwegian for 2.3.1 in UTF-8 Complete language pack for Norwegian, in UTF-8.
This is based on the excellent Norwegian lanuage pack by user "sijo" called "Norwegian Language Pack for osC 2_3_1_1.zip", but with UTF-8 instead of Windows coding. A few language corrections have also been made.
