Moneybookers Official Module Corrected

The last package was an official but bet version. I downloaded the REAL official package from: http://www.moneybookers.com/partners...oscommerce.zip

It is a newer version of the package published in may. Still this official package has some errors, small html and oscommerce coding mistakes, and small refusals from ZenCart. I corrected all of them, I added files to start translations of the module.

Now I tested it with RC2a and it works.

I do not give support for the package.
