Feature: Added edit button to user controls area - links directly to customers > edit customer page
- clicking on active row on Awaiting Approval list also goes to edit customer page.
Feature: Added Activate link to edit customers page if customer is not active.
Feature: Added redirect back to Awaiting Approval page on update or cancel on the edit customer page.
Feature: Changed so only customers that have been approved show in the Customers list.

- goes away after 1st load of landing page. Customers section prompts again if applicable.
