This is a variation of 5-continents SQL model.

America in many parts in the world is considered a whole continent, so North-America, Central-America and South-America are subcontinents of America and of course all the inhabitants of America/the Americas are americans.

The five-continent + Antarctica model is taught in Latin America, Europe and some parts in the world. This model includes the five inhabited continents as depicted in the Olympic logo + Antarctica.

The continent codes in the sql file are as follows:

* AS = Asia
* EU = Europe
* AM = America
* OC = Oceania
