This is mainly a bugfix update:

- changed $HTTP_GET_VARS to $_GET and $HTTP_POST_VARS to $_POST for better compatibility
- BUGFIX: 'constant already defined' notice in front end
- BUGFIX: 'undefined index' notice in front end
