Offsite Contact Us Page mod

This mod allows for you to configure a completely different contact us page rather than using the OSC default contact_us.php
page. This way you can have all contact us links go to maybe a separate section of your website completely independent
of the OSC cart or even configure the contact links to go to a different domain all together.
