If you have the Anti Hacker Account Mods by Spooks installed (and you should!) then there is a change needed to catalog/includes/functions/password_funcs.php to allow the master password to work.

I take no credit at all for this, it was taken from the Anti Hacker Account Mods support thread and the fix was posted by Sky_Diver.

As always BACKUP before changing any files.
