Fix bugs in Step 3 of the installation instruction

it should be:

include(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'scrolling_best_sellers.php');

Updated CSS with few more parameters to control the scrolling box and content.

Updated scrolling_best_sellers.php file to resize the image.
