Fixed the following issues:
- Percentage for Supplier is now working.
- logout script is now properly function.
- the Suppliers Price is now function and it's possible to see from admin panel.
- the supplier_s_orders is still need to work on as currently it shows all store orders and still link to shop admin panel!!!

Full module and based on previous version.
