Allow Customer To Select Product Listing Size Corrected a bug in the instructions that will cause an SQL error for anybody that is not using the Multiple Sales Per Product contribution. I've also included a note for those that are using the Multiple Sales Per Product contribution so that they can also use this contribution. I've also added a note on how to allow the contribution to have a "View All Items" option.
