V1.3.1 includes one new feature. Since V1.3 is only a few days old, I just added to the instructions and repackaged as V1.3.1. The only change from V1.3 is Step 7, which updates the cart cookie upon login (after the "Member Cart" is merged with the "Visitor" cart).
