I was just shopping on the net for a good price on some shipping supplies. I ended up not continuing with the purchase because the price changed at the very end including a tax. So I stopped the purchase and started to look for someone else.

I immediately received an email that was wondering why I didn't buy and it had a 10% discount code automatically created for me which had me last name in it. Obviously this is some kind of Recover Carts program and it worked on me! I went back and bought with the 10% discount but it wouldn't have worked if it came an hour later. It had to be immediate to get me to come back.

Is there a way to do this in oscmax?
