Allowed CC Types

Allowed credit card types mod.

This mod creates admin interface to choose allowed credit card types and also adds a credit card type drop-down during the
checkout process, then checks the given number against the type chosen.


Note:
This mod only works with the Authorize.net Credit Card AIM payment module.
Support for additional credit card payment modules would need to be added individually.
