Some email cliens can't display correct OsCommerce OnLine Merchant 3.0 Alfa 5 "Vanillekripferl"
emails. If you see missed characters in sent emails body subject or name, try to use this contrib.

Compatibility: iso-8859-1, iso-8859-2 and more iso, at best utf-8 charset

Encoded-Words Methods
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Subject: BASE64 encoding
Names: plain/text, (Quoted-printable string), BASE64 encoding
Body: plain/text ISO-8859-2 code page

Extention: „Hand Made” UTF-8 encoder instead of only prepared encoders

1.0 version not yet compatible with Content/type: html/text.
