This Addon will allow you to automatically query the database of http://www.euro-treuhand-inkasso.de/ to score your customers. This is free of charge after registration there and will sort out customers, that ETI already had contact with. Depending on the result of the query you can disable payment modules or sort the customer to a restricted SPPC Customers Group.
