Update, forgot a few files ;)

Now the navigation supports multi levels. Instead of adding more dropdowns you can add them as submenues and save some space.

i have changed the dropdown meny from chromemenu to Smooth Navigation Menu powered using jQuery from dunamic drive:

For those who has installed 2.0 or Stefans fantastic theme, i have added upgrade instructions.
