This add on to the original contribution adds a prompt during checkout to ask for the challenge answer.
We found it very annoying to chase after customers for the challenge question answer.
Features:
1) during checkout, there is a text field (limit 12 characters) asking for challenge answer.
2) A help link is available (a popup appears when clicked) to help customers understand why we are asking for a challenge question
3) During checkout processing, if the payment type is IEMT, in addition to the normal "order process" email, a second email "Action Required" is sent with next steps - how to send email money transfer and asks the customer to contact THEIR BANK for assistance if they have trouble. Also, Canadian Bank help numbers are provided in the email.
4) The challenge answer is stored in the CC_OWNER field of orders table - because this field is not used anyway and I didnt want to create a new column in orders table just for this purpose. This has the nice side effect that it shows up conveniently on admin/orders.php.
