Install for Contribution "Sponsorship v2.5" - english only, but now ready for international use and a realy nice and easy alternative to the"Affiliate" contribution.

You also have to download the "Sponsorship v2.5" package below and unzip it local.

Credit goes to the original authors of this great contribution. I just put the single steps together into one installation file and made some changes in catalog/account_sponsorship.php, catalog/includes/languages/xxxxx/account_sponsorship.php and catalog/invitation.php to fix some "define", language and security problems. The contribution is now ready for international use and fully working.

I hope that this install might help you guys to progress a bit faster then I did while installing this one.
