FULL PACKAGE with UPDATE instructions

This module will display USPS flat rate shipping rates for all domestic and international USPS Prioirity Mail Flat Rate shipping methods currently available. You can select the type of shipping boxe(s) you desire to implement with weight thresholds and handling charges for each type. You may optionally choose to display the USPS icon, the package weight, and/or the transit times.

NOTE: This module does NOT connect to the USPS API/website (therefore, you do not need a USPS account to use it). You are responsible for entering the correct shipping costs in Admin->Modules->Shipping->USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping.
