THIS IS AN IMPORTANT UPDATE.

In previous versions, there was a bug in the Express Checkout code where non-US state/county/provinces weren't properly recognized and recorded. If you have a previous version of this module installed, I highly suggest upgrading.

If you have the previous version installed, just overwrite your old /includes/modules/payment/paypal_wpp.php file with the one included in this package.
