Just changed the insurance check box to show up on shipping page and not on the payment page as it was required for a site a built. Your choice obviously.

Attached is the Checkout_shipping.php file so you can skip step one and just overwrite your existing Checkout_shipping.php file.

Make sure you back it up first!
