Updates:

+ Fixed the strict XHTML checking for tinyMCE. Some codes were not
correctly setup in the checking list.
+ Updated all comparison files for osCommerce RC2a release.
+ updated interface for the RCx Admin login that requires the session ID
to be included in each form post.
+ Added language support for TinyMCE. Install TinyMCE language
packs and the WYSIWYG text and buttons will change with the
language choice in your osCommerce Admin.
+ Updated package for TinyMCE v3.x.
