This contribution is an amalgamation of three stand-alone contributions created by others: Order Editor v5.0.62, originally created by Jonathan Hilgeman and updated substantially by djmonkey1, Manual Order Maker v1.5.3, originally created by lildog, and Unique Order Number v1.02, originally created by DaddyRoy.


What is Different about these contribs?

What I have done is to merge these three great contributions together, and get them working with one another. I am hoping to save others from the many hours that I spent working on this aspect of my store.
