Post SECPay fix 2008
There are problems with the previously published SECPay payment modules (I'll not go into details here but those that use SECPay will know what I'm talking about).

This contribution is a fix I made some time ago (2007). It addresses these problems.

Be warned that this is not a simple fix (see the enclosed README file for details) and if you are inexperienced in this sort of thing then you WILL come unstuck.

One last thing - huge apologies to serveral people out there that wanted this fix a year ago!.
