Hi Micheal,

Installed the How did you hear about us - everything seems fine - on the frontend, I create an account and choose the heard about us items, and it writes it to the database.

But in the admin site, when I click on customers I am getting a database error as follows:

1146 - Table 'XXXXXX.TABLE_SOURCES_OTHER' doesn't exist

select sources_other_name as sources_name from TABLE_SOURCES_OTHER where customers_id = '19'

I know there is definitely no TABLE_SOURCES_OTHER but there is SOURCE_OTHER. And the mysql.sql file seemed to do what it was supposed to do.

I did a search and found heaps of instances for TABLE_SOURCES_OTHER in the admin files but thats where my knowledge stops.

Any ideas on why this is breaking?

It does it when I click on the reports link in admin as well.
