Post skip payment options depending on the selected currency
This module will skip payment options depending on the selected currency.
For example, if the currency is USD, paypal will not display, or if the currency is CAD,
authorize.net will not display.

This module is hardcoded and does not interact with the database.
If someone would like to use this code and improve it to interact with the database,
please do so, but please also post your solution here.
