Payment on Account

This module allows customers to be given credit accounts from the admin screen. Once set, the customer will be able to choose paying on account as a payment option. For customers without accounts, this option will not be shown, thereby ensuring only pre-authorised customers have this option.

Working on my site now, if you want to test it out:
www.upsmart.co.uk/shop, login as test@123.co.uk Password "oscommerce" to have an account, or create your own to see without.
