I have problem after installed Paypal Express Checkout on my Italian Site.
I'm used this contributions

I'm setup module in os-commerce in this mode:

In my business profile i have activate:
- Direct Payment
- PayPal Express Checkout

Now the problem is that when i send the order i receive this url:

......shopping_cart.php?error_message=You%20do%20n ot%20have%20permissions%20to%20make%20this%20API%2 0call

and not the page of paypal ...
Can yo help me to resolve problem?
