Post Options as Images
+ fixed the upload function. options images now upload correctly
+ formatted some code.
+ fixed the delete image function
+ added support thread: http://forums.oscommerce.com/index.php?showtopic=317064
+ added the sql file back in
+ added enable/diable category compatibility notes
+ added attributes sets plus compatibility notes
