PC BUILDER VERSION 2.5.2 - (upgrade / patches)

FIX FOR DISABLED ASSEMBLY FEE PROBLEM
Up to (and including) version 2.5.1, disabling the assembly fee in admin stopped the builder from adding to cart or even
to print preview.

PRINT PREVIEW ALSO FIXED - AND NOW INCLUDES ASSEMBLY FEE (if enabled)
