Addition of configuration options to control:
* whether to display featured items in nested categories
* to only show featured items that are on special

Download "Featured Products 161 with STS 453 instructions" by Phocea and then copy featured.php over catalog/includes/modules/featured.php

Look over sql to decide what needs to be added to an existing installation. Most likely just the last two statements for the new configurable options.
