This is modified version of 2.6 with buggy bits removed.
Added code for password forgotten page.
Added missing install instructions.
Modified create account code, so once a valid code is entered it does not have to be re-entered if other errors exist on the form.
Personally I would only add the feature to create account and password forgotten, so as not to annoy logged in customers.
