There is an error in the install instructions for the edit of admin/includes/boxes/tools.php.
The line should read:'' . BOX_TOOLS_WHOS_ONLINE . '
' .

'' . CONTRIB_CHECKER . '
');
}
So just highlight the line: '' . BOX_TOOLS_WHOS_ONLINE . '');
}
and replace it with the code above.
No file added. No download.
