US Zones

These SQL scripts will create the following tax zones within OSC

US - All 50 States and DC
US - All 50 States, DC and APO/FPO
US - Lower 48 States and DC
US - Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO
US - All States and Territories (easily modified for custom US zones)

These scripts will create new zones irregardless of how many other geo_zones or zones_to_geo_zones have already been set up.

An additional script is included to delete the contents of geo_zones and zones_to_geo_zones and to reset the AUTO_INCREMENT number to 1. This script is purely optional, not necessary to the use of the other scripts, and is only included for the benefit of those of us anal retentive enough to care.

Please back up your database before using any of these scripts.
