This is a full package with an updated install file (no more going back and forth between files). I have bundled the complete V2 with the optional row and address mods. I have also added an authors.txt file so the rightful credit goes to those authors who have contributed. Please feel free to add to or modify the install file or the authors file as new updates and versions are uploaded.

All credit goes to Loic Richard (Gyakutsuki) for the original contribution and to all of those who have made this contribution what it is today!

Edit: I had to revise a couple of sections due to minor code/spelling mistakes.
