Version 1.2 is a rework of v1.1:

- moved all individual popup_xxxxxx_help.php files into a common file popup_payment_help.php
- added code in checkout_payment.php for browsers with javascript disabled
- popup help text and icons included for Visa, MasterCard, Interac Email, Cheques/Money Orders, PayPal IPN
