Separate Pricing Per Customer

Full package that includes a bugfix in login.php (regarding customer specific taxes exempt not working), fix of a mistake in the install.html (includes/classes/order_total.php a line too much) and a change in includes/modules/new_products.php to be compatible with MySQL4 (would get an error about products_id being ambiguous).
