easy SEO urls v1.0

Changes in this version:

* Now rewrites e.g. product_info.php?products_id=44 to product_title-p44
* Fixed bug causing multiple product pages to be inaccessible; now passes any untransformed arguments untouched
* Added /catalog/ to htaccess rewrites - for me it won't work without them, though YMMV
