New Products On Index Page On/Off Setting

Creates an on/off flag in your configurations settings in admin panel to switch the New Products For (Month) box off or on. Running the file will do the mods to your table, and then you need to make two changes to your index.php file (although any file making use of the New Products For (Month) box can be modified in the same way to control the display).
