Recover Orders Lost when customers dont return from Paypal

A lot of customers using oscommerce dont return to the store after checkout from paypal.
The Solution Address two issues
1) backing up customer carts on last order
2) if customer dosent return build orders using
recover_order.php
3) clean the backup cart.
I have integrated this script to customers.php by creating recover order button.

Feel free to request the customer.php if you are unable to link orders.
