County Tax (Based on City Tax Rate Hack for MS1)

In Minnesota there are Countys that charge a sales tax in addition to the states sales tax. Some addresses within a zip code require the additional sales tax and other do not, thats why we have chosen to use countys. I have made changes to enable charging sales tax by county instead of zipcode as the mod has previously. This mod also allows for the tax rates to be stored and maintained in the tax rate table in Admin.

Using the information from the pervious mods posted here (osCommerce Website) I was able to create the logic to allow my Store to comparethe customers shipto county to the tax rate table and charge them the correct sales tax accordingly.

All credit for this mod goes to those who came before (once again).

Also, no tax specific information is included, it is ALL configured from the admin pages for ease of use.
