*Optimized the SQL query in the featured module, listing and box:
- uses left joins
- added joins with specials and product_description table
- removed call to tep_get_special_price and tep_get_products_name.
*Fixed module to get all featured in subcategory (logic was there but not used!)
*Few other small fixes and code cleanup
*Added an index on the featured table SQL creation
