Contact Us Form in DB with Admin

I was having problems with the contact_us form not emailing. All other emails within osc, catalog and admin,
were working just fine. So I put this together to put the contact_us form info in the db.

What it does

When a customer uses the contact_us form, the info is sent via email to the store owner.
If you are having problems receiving the emails this could be for you.

This will write the info from the contact_us form to the database. By default I left in the tep_mail function
just in case it is working. You can view the info in databse and send a reply from there as well.

Multilingual support is provided however the only current language is English
