This Contribution will enable or disable the shopping cart functions
Leaving an information site.

My customer wanted this. However I could not find a contribution suitable to their needs, so I made this one.

Global settings and multi Language supporting.

Very easy to use once installed controlled via the
Admin  Configuration  “My Store”

The installer adds 4 new lines to the My Store page

Account pages visible?
Show Buttons (add to cart buttons etc..)
Show Prices
Show Reviews

All set to 0 upon installation which is default, leaves your store as was.
To enable the features either together or independently
Simply change the 0 to a 1 via Admin edit button.

Package has full install instructions along (About 700 lines of it!!)
Or more helpful the files ready done for fresh installs of osCommerce.

This was written on and for oscommerce-2.2rc2a I assume that it will work on oscommerce2.2 milestone but do not guarantee it.


Simple install using the files,

Upload the installer.php to your server and call it in your browser, it will load the setting into your database, and if successful you will get a message for each of the 4 add ons.

Then upload the files to your catalog,

That’s it.

Persons with modified stores… its not so easy for you!!
