Update to i2paq's iDEAL Easy - ABNAMRO module.

In this version:
- During installation, the script does NOT need to be adjusted (for most users), as it reads server name and catalog path from configure.php.
- Added an iDEAL logo next to this module's name on the osC Select Payment Method-page. This makes it easy for end users to recognize.
