    Post Minimum Advertised Price Module

    V1.02 Changes:

    1) Fixed instructions for Step 3.5 (#4)
    2) Fixed typos ($product_new > $products_new) and removed display_price for Step 3.12 (#2)
    3) Copied Step 2.2 to Step 3.14 so not overlooked
    4) Added warning to Step 2.0 about overwriting files
