 These are the terms and conditions which apply to all purchases from the Adzo Designs website at www.adzodesigns.com. You are advised to read these terms and conditions fully and carefully before making any purchases from this website.

 By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 Purchases from this website are only available to customers in the United Kingdom and are not available in any other location.

 Please remember that jewellery from Adzo Designs is not mass-produced. All items are individually handcrafted upon request and this attention to detail is reflected in the extended delivery times stated below.

1. About Adzo
Adzo Designs is an independent jewellery design service. The postal address for Adzo Designs is:

2. Price
The total amount of your order including the price of the goods, all taxes, packaging and delivery costs will be displayed on the screen at the end of the checkout process. [Make sure the site does actually operate in this way: i.e. the cost of goods, VAT (and any other taxes), post and packaging are in fact displayed upon each order]

Payments may be made by the following methods:
 Paypal[List accepted methods here – e.g. switch maestro, cheque…etc]

Information on the goods and the price payable for the goods is set out in the website but is subject to change at any time without notice. You will be charged the amount displayed on screen at the time of your order.

3. Agreement
Your order will only be accepted when we receive payment of the total amount of the order. No legally binding agreement exists between us before such payment is received.

4. Delivery
The goods will be dispatched for delivery to the delivery address specified by you at the time of your order.

We will normally dispatch the goods to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery service within 14 days of receipt of payment. Please allow 7 working days from the date of dispatch for delivery of your goods.

Once the goods have been dispatched to you, you become the owner of the goods and bear the risk. Adzo Designs will not be responsible for any deterioration in or damage to the goods or for their loss or destruction.

5. Cancellation
You cannot cancel this agreement with us if the goods have been custom made to your specification.

For all other goods you may cancel this agreement at any time up until 7 days after the date you receive delivery. You may cancel by sending a written notice to us by email to info@adzodesigns.com or by post to Adzo Designs at the above address.

If you cancel, you must send the goods back to us at the above postal address at your own cost and risk within 14 days of your cancellation. All goods returned to us must be in a saleable condition and in the original packaging (including all tags and wrapping).

Once we have received your written cancellation we will refund the price paid for the goods within 30 days. No refunds will be given for goods not returned to us or for goods returned in an unsaleble condition or without original packaging.

If you do not pay the costs of return we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the refund amount payable to you.

6. Data & Privacy Policy
Use of Personal Information
When you register and use this site you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself such as your name and address details. The information you provide will be held by Adzo Designs and not by any third parties. We will store the information you provide on our computers and use it in some or all of the following ways:
1. Order Processing

3. Dealing with enquiries and complaints.
4. Informing you of marketing or promotional activities.
5. Improving the website and product range for you.
Security

You accept the security risks when giving data online and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless it is down to our negligence.
