Extra Info to customer page in admin V1

This little mod provides extra information in the quick info panel in customers.php on selecting customer & the delete confirm section

This helps administrators ensure they have the correct customer.

It also adds a delete option to the edit page, you are taken to the confirm option on selecting this.
