Add date and order number to invoice and packing slip

For easier install I have included a modified version of the Admin directory with all relevant files modifed.

The Order Date and Order Number appear immediately above the Payment Method.
I have also modified the Store Address to make it smaller and appear underneath the Store logo, if anyone knows how to
wrap the text onto one line feel free to modify it!!

Hi,

My packing slip, will not display the customer's Id for some reason. I found where it was called on, but i'm unable to determine why it is not showing.

Here is the code that I believe calls on to this information:
